Your stay


Princess Juliana International (SXM) is the international airport of the island, it is located in the Dutch part, 40 min away from the hotel, we can organize a pick up service for your arrival where someone will be waiting for you at the airport.
You can also utilize the taxi service directly outside the airport, it usually has a cost between $40 and $50, although we highly recommend renting a car.
St. Maarten is an island to discover and this will facilitate your transportation on the island. Car rentals are not expensive and give you a lot of freedom and flexibility for your island adventures.
Check-in is at 4:00PM. If you arrive prior to check-in, our helpful staff will safely secure your luggage and inform you when your room is ready. While waiting, you can freely enjoy the property's amenities, as your vacation has already begun!
Check-out is at 12:00 Noon, so if your flight departs later, you can easily secure your luggage with us and still enjoy the amenities, like grabbing a bite to eat or sitting by the sea while you wait.
The hotel does not have a 24-hour front desk service. Our office hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, but don't worry, you can coordinate with us in advance the time of your check-in and we will be waiting for your arrival.
Renting a car is highly recommended to get around St. Maarten. Our staff can help you with the process.
We work with two of the best rental cars on the island where you will find a variety of models and prices to suit your needs.
Free and ample parking is available on property.
With our fabulous array of services, guests can make a complete list of groceries, we can also arrange for you gift baskets for special occasions, champagne, romantic decorations , specialty food items. The hotel does not have a restaurant within the facilities, our rooms have fully equipped kitchens for your comfort and continental breakfast can be arranged in advance which will be delivered to your room.
The area where the hotel is located has more than 10 different restaurant options within a short distance and with easy access. There are also several food delivery services available on the island. Check our activities section for more information.
Pets are allowed at the Hotel. The nightly fee is $30 and a pet cleaning fee it will also charged at the end of the stay and have a cost of $60. You must notify us that you are planning to travel with a pet when the reservation is made and our team will help you prepare everything for the arrival of your furry friend. The pet must always have the collar and leash when it is out of the room and follow all the protocols established by the hotel.
The resort has a voltage capacity of 110V for U.S. and Canadian electric razors, hair dryers and other standard electrical equipment used in guest rooms. All European appliances require an adapter, which can be obtained from Front desk. Find more information about preparing your trip here!
The hotel has a free guest laundry for the use of guests, you just have to bring your soap and you will be all set to do your laundry.
Yes, Wi-Fi is complimentary during your stay.
